Doods. My friend T in Cambridge just started as a chef at this place. How fucking psyched am I?? Look at the cheese! Look at the meats!! Look at all the wanky foodstuffs!!! I think I'm in heaven.
Damn, I love having a friend who's a chef. So. Fucking. Cool.

I beg you to give me permission to drop your name next time we're in Cambridge.
-J.
P.S. Tell him I'll tip in cash.
Thats great! I love being married to one. heehee
Is this the same friend who visited and cooked for you?
My step Dad is a chef. I'm a fussy eater but he makes some wonderful stuff and even i'll eat some.
thanks for your comment. i suspect i may have had a virus too because i felt sick before and still don't feel right.
i can usually drink with diabetes but i made a catalog of errors that night.
It's cool that you have a chef friend and it's cool that he works for a cool place like that.
Next time you're in Cambridge, Joke, you'd best let me know and I'll meet you there. No name dropping necessary.
Angela - yep, same guy.
That's why I love being married to one. Although he doesn't work in the restaurant industry anymore, he still gets the urge to experiment in our kitchen. No wonder I've gained a small child in weight since we got married.
I could just swim in his lasagna. Mmmmm. Although, that's not such a good visual. Forget I said that.
Hey Julia--does he also get to work at South End Formaggio, the sister store? You can drool at two locations the next time you come east.
There's TWO locations? Oh happy day! Foodie heaven.
Andrea - swimming in lasagne sounds kind of good to me. I'm dying for some, but it's too freakin' hot to do anything on or in the stove. My grill is getting a workout. And somehow, I don't think you can grill lasagne.
I think I'm willing to make the four hour commute to score that deliciousness...
Deal!
-J. (that was easy...)
